Amazing service. I just got my new GEM and everyone was wonderful to deal with.
I truly had a horrible experience with GEM of Miami. I would highly recommend that you avoid using them. I spent over $27,000 on a new 6 seater, and they shipped it without a title or MSO. I spent 6 months trying to get in contact with their manager who never called me back until my 11th call. They refused to send me the title, saying it was my responsibility, were rude over the telephone, and then attempted to charge me $250. I could not imagine worse customer service. You go to place for South Florida gem golf carts. Very knowledgeable and pleasant sales staff. Super cool service department, which offers a lot of custom work. If you can dream it, they can build it.
