This shop has a very friendly atmosphere. I'm pretty computer savvy but haven't been able to fix my laptop for months. I gave up and contacted the real professionals. They got'r done and my laptop works great now.

The people at GNTI were amazing! When I walked it they listned to my issues and told me how they would deal with them. They were straight-forward and professional. When I came back to pick up my computer they remembered my name! It was a great feeling to be remembered and acknowledged as more than a customer but an individual.
