Great team at GN. We love working with them and are always so thorough with their patients.
We booked an appointment for Flu vaccination today, double checked with reception before starting .We picked up our kids early from school, reached the clinic only to be told that the nurse is away. Nurse being away is understandable but completely disappointed by the sheer waste of time during a weekday. Prior communication from receptionist would have been appreciated.
Don't bother - they never have any cars in the carpark because they are never open. and when you do book an appointment, the place is locked up. I need to see a doctor so I waited for these guys to eventually have an appointment, but when I turned up, they weren't even open. Don't go there!
