Absolutely, this technician is fantastic! I had some discoloration and fading marks on my pricey carpet. Douglas arrived right on time, examined my carpet, and mentioned he would attempt to fix one spot, advising me not to get my hopes too high. He worked on that spot with a special dye mixture for about 15 minutes and suggested I let it dry overnight. The next day, to my surprise, the spot was entirely gone and matched perfectly! We've been using G&N Carpet Cleaners for our carpet cleaning needs for about 15 years.
