If I could give more than 5 stars to G&N Carpet Cleaners, I absolutely would. Douglas was very polite, professional, and did an amazing carpet cleaning job. Even though it was Douglas’s first day, he handled the work like a pro and was a great help from start to finish. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service. Douglas did an amazing job on the carpet, rugs, and tile grout in my mother-in-law’s home in Birmingham. Douglas clearly explained the cleaning process and shared helpful tips for keeping the carpet and grout looking fresh longer, especially with the everyday dust and foot traffic that builds up in a busy Alabama home. Douglas came back quickly after my review, and the carpet cleaning service was handled the right way. They promptly responded, re-cleaned the rugs and upholstery in the condo, and everything looked excellent when they finished. From management to the office staff, they took my concerns seriously, acted fast, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the results. douglas and the team at G&N Carpet Cleaners are incredible! i've called them four times recently for different carpet cleaning jobs. the first time, my house in birmingham had a flood and there was a strong odor left behind. douglas came over and used some great cleaning products, making everything smell fresh and clean again. the next time, i needed help with another home where tenants had just moved out. i wasn’t sure if the carpets could be saved, but after douglas cleaned the stairs, i could really see the difference. la... read more

G&N Carpet Cleaners was recommended to me by a friend. My roommates went on a trip, and their dog got upset and left a few surprises on our new carpet in the family room. I didn’t notice until the next morning, so I quickly called for help. Douglas arrived right on time the very next day. In less than an hour, the carpets looked spotless and smelled fresh!
