douglas arrived right on time and was very friendly. he even helped me move some furniture i was planning to have out of the way before the carpet cleaning appointment, which made everything so much easier. i needed the carpets cleaned, along with a sofa recliner and an area rug. douglas did a wonderful job—everything looks fresh, clean, and smells amazing thanks to their special fragrance blend. the whole process was quick and affordable, and i’m very happy with how my carpets and furniture turned out!
