The Katy Center is an absolute joke. Stay well clear. My wife had an appointment at 8am and had to wait well over an hour to be seen. They offered no apology. The staff are apathetic and aloof. Previous visits to them have been the same. The standard of treatment is also poor. I'd rather be in pain than see these people.
