How they treat some of their employes is a joke.
The Katy center is horrible, I need a copy of my x-rays and they wouldn't give it to me, stay away!

How does no one answer the phone over there? I called like ten times
Today, is Wednesday, July 9, 2014 and I had a 9:00am follow-up dental apt at GMS Dental Centers of Excellence at 2201 W. Holcombe only to learn that my apt had been cancelled due to the unavailability of the hygienist. I was told no other hygienist could see me and I need to reschedule. This was UNACCEPTABLE as GMS should have some system in place for this sort of issue to accommodate their customers. Phone service is poor too.
Are y'all still open? I've emailed, called during hours, called after hours, left voicemails, and called alternate locations, with no response. This is ridiculous.
