I don’t even know where to begin with my experience at Chevrolet of New Rochelle, this was one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. I was initially scheduled for service on a Friday for something simple (an air filter). The worst service experience ever .5 DAYS TO CHANGE A TIRE. Three days for the warranty, inspector to come out and give the ok and two days for the service department to replace the tire.
