Harvey Bernard is a wonderful salesman. He explained everything patiently in great detail. I would recommend not only this dealership, but Mr. Bernard to anyone and everyone that is in need of transportation. And I rate my service with five stars.
I hate writing a post like this. But Mossy of Picayune has gone too far. When my son walked through the door, they thought they had a 21 year old sucker with a 2019 Camaro 6.2L SS. So I get a call one day from my son saying that when he got to work, all kinds of stream came out and there was coolant all over the ground. I hooked up the car trailer and went and got the car. Horrible experience, I never even got the chance to go to the dealership because of the conversation I had with the sales man, just plain rude
Five stars for the customer service I received from Melissa Herring at Mossy of Picayune. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from them, but she was so patient and accommodating while I car shopped with kiddos and had to take two long, but necessary, calls from insurance while I was there. Would definitely recommend!
