They should fire the staff! I drove 1½ with with my trade in and an on line price for a truck I was interested in. They jacked up the price with fees they chose to add to the truck, like etching, that I didnt ask for but wanted me to pay for. The communication from the team was poor, and I felt like I was being given the runaround throughout the entire process. It was a stressful and disorganized experience that definitely did not meet my expectations.
