I had a terrible experience. I drove from Hattiesburg to purchase a car with cash in hand. I was unable to do so because the bogus charges for a sealant I did not request that was "standard". The car had a shattered windshield that I was not made aware of before I left to drive an hour. I was expected to drive back an hour to for the dealership to fix the repair after the sale. Mossy in Picayune, Mississippi is a first class operation!!! Sales and service staff is the best I have ever dealt with!!! I have never had a bad experience in any of my interactions!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Evidently when you are given an appointment for service it’s nothing more than a wild guess. Show up on time for your service appointment and wait 2 hours before your truck is even looked at. They find the time to try and find other maintenance they want to do instead of fixing your vehicle’s problem. Won’t be buying my next new truck here.
