They do not honor the 10% discount that GM employees and retirees receive. Appointments are also weeks out—there are never any same-day appointments. I’m not going to get into specifics. That’s why I made this review so late, in the hope that we won’t get banned or trespassed. The owner was nice and was able to honor the discount, but all the employees said, “No, we don’t honor the discount.” Make up your minds: honor it or don’t. Either way, we won’t take the car here anymore. If we have to drive 90 miles away, we will.
