Thank you Joann. Walked in as a blonde walked out as a red head AND I LOVE IT!!! It was a big change for me and I had no worries at all in "Joann's chair". I felt so comfortable and had a great time spending the morning with everyone. Joann is a true hair designer/hairstylist who puts a lot of heart in her work. She masters it every time. Love u all at Gmazza! See you soon. (Maybe I will go black next time... LOL)
