Did full set UV gell . One nail fell off after 4 days . Went there they fix it free of charge but was told if more nails fell off they will charge for to fix it. After a week and half 4 nails fell off. I think its not very fair service . Very disappointed.
This is not what I would expect after a manicure. In addition, I'm not confident that the tools were properly sterilized, as they did not appear to come from a sealed sterilization pouch. My cuticles are sore and bleeding, which suggests they may not have been adequately soaked and softened before the manicure. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
I’ve been going to this place for years and I’ve always felt welcomed. Their massage chairs are very relaxing and the staff are all very attentive and genuinely care. I’ve always left very satisfied.
