I was paired with Melody as my acupuncture physician. She was professional, empathetic and sympathetic because of my skin condition which makes me different from everyone else. She listened to my struggles with self-consciousness and just sympathies. She was careful and direct with her treatment as well, always checking in to make sure I am comfortable with the needles on, whether I need heat on my back while the needles are on and so many more small gestures to make her client feel safe and relaxed. I had an appointment with Dr M. Brown. I appreciate that she approached my issue systematically instead of giving me ten different protocols to get started on. She didn’t over promise me an outcome, we are targeting the issues in conjunction with initial applications followed by secondary applications. I think it’s important to listen to the patient and educate them and be open to their concerns and hesitations.

I followed my amazing RMT, Carmen Queitsch, to Glow and have been really impressed by the service provided. Carmen is obviously fantastic, but the entire team provides a warm welcome upon entry and the ease of finding parking is so helpful. A great clinic!
