Beautiful studio in a incredible location! The instructors are so knowledgable and very welcoming! You really need to check this studio out!! Wished it was closer!!

My first experience with hot yoga was here today and it was great! Jamie kept the pace and content just right as teacher and Gabriel (the studio founder) took the class alongside me. In 15 years of yoga, one of my most memorable and enjoyable classes. For a couple years I've been reluctant to try hot yoga, but now I'm happy I did. The heat is very grounding and centering, and I felt really present and fully embodied in this class. Thanks Jamie and Gabriel!
