I love this place. I think I'm addicted to it. Always wanted to try hot yoga and this place has made my experience so wonderful. So far I've been here every day since I first tried it this last Tuesday :)
Being new to Yoga never trying before my first try was at Glow. It was hard but everyone has been so welcoming I have not felt judged. The instructors are awesome and staff is more then helpful. I would recommend highly. I am so glad I started practicing Yoga and I'm so glad I started at Glow.
This place is top notch ~ and Britney is a lovely woman
The Hot Yoga class is super engaging and rewarding. You will be stretched physically, while having a full felling of peace once they class is finished. The instructors make you fell at home & the space makes you feel like you are at a spa. I am always looking forward to going back.

I was so nervous when I first stepped foot in your studio... It had been a decade since I had practiced yoga... Within a week!.. I felt at home! I cannot even begin to express my gratitude Thank you... I feel whole again!!!
