Was so excited to try this place. I recently moved to the area and am looking for a salon to go to regularly. While there was no one egregious thing, there were several small things that ultimately lead me to decide I’ll keep looking for my go-to salon. Walking through my experience from walking in the door to leaving: 1) I was welcomed nicely by a young woman working the front desk.
