I recently moved her from LA and it’s been hard finding a nail salon that meets all my needs and is able to do anything I ask. I always get 3D designs, complicated nails and they somehow do their best to achieve it. I love how the nail salon ask each other for advice and if one can’t or doesn’t feel they’ll meet that expectation they’ll find someone who can. They really put the meaning in customer service. I drive from San Bernardino to come here.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I drove quite a distance specifically to visit this place, only to be turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. I completely understand that appointments may be preferred or even required, but the problem is that their website does not clearly state that an appointment is necessary. If appointments are required, that information should be clearly communicated so customers can plan accordingly and avoid wasting their time and gas. I’m 8 months pregnant and decided to get my nails done for my baby shower. Chi and Tina were so patient, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. They were very attentive to my needs, which I truly appreciated. Chi did an amazing job on my nails—they came out exactly how I envisioned them!
