Great store, great service and great selection of fabrics and supplies. Their Saratoga branch store is a wonderful resource for those not wanting to travel as far. Same wonderful service with a more limited, but very nice, selection of fabric. I have purchased two machines here and been very happy.

This is an excellent embroidery and sewing store. The people working there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Machine services are excellent also.

Very friendly and personal. Wonderful selection of fabric. Staff helpful and know their business. They make the most out of the space highlighting not only fabric but machines, furniture and comfortable classroom.

First I would like to say that I love this store. we went to the main location in Gloversville to buy a juki serger and everyone was very helpful and nice. Today we went to the Saratoga location and The lady was very rude and not friendly or helpful at all! When we were looking at the beautiful things they had on display the rude lady was staring at my mom, looking and her up and down with a dirty look. We were excited to look at some sewing tables and the fabrics but the lady kept staring at us and being rude, not friendly ... read more
