Anyone that knows me knows I support local businesses. I normally don't try to voice over social media, but if the owner Mr. Wheat was aware of the piss poor quality and customer service that his service manger Doug updike is pushing out the door, I think some things would change.

Purchased my car here last Summer and usually don't have a problem with service but I am really frustrated now. Had my car serviced on Friday August 18th, I called the next week mid morning and did not get an answer so I left a message. Have called multiple times and no answer. Seems like no one ever answers when I call at all times of the day. The service techs are great. Justin is really patient and does his best to answer any questions you have. Unfortunately they have Holly at the desk and she just can't seem to be bothered to answer a simple question without being extremely condescending and instructing people like children to read the paperwork. Both the cashier at the window and I read the paperwork and did not find the answer to the question I asked.

Cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service I received today , at the service department. Holly was wonderful, very thorough, made me feel like I was the only customer in the building. They very quickly took my vehicle back for service. Although no problem was found with my van (I almost wish there was a problem , just so we could explain what went wrong with the vehicle this week) , they were so kind , and understanding - and genuinely seemed concerned about my safety and comfort. Amazing. Gary Simmons was the best salesman I have dealt with in my process. He is a man of the community and did a great job. Have been looking for a long while and I'm glad my search ended here. Bought a 2012 Hyundai sonata here just yesterday and not a single regret. Looking for a car? Definitely stop here.

Thank you Gloucester Toyota for your outstanding customer service. This morning on highway 17 there was a can of spilled white paint that I could not avoid. I was near Gloucester Toyota and pulled into the service department. I quickly explained that I did not have an appt but had fresh paint on my car. They quickly took the car back and washed the paint off the car. The kind gentlemen returned my car and when I asked how much I owed for the wash, he replied that there was no charge. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

Purchased a 2015 Camry the end of August. i have been buying cars in Virginia for the past thirty years and did not look forward to the closing, which always takes up most of your day. Gene was the salesman and the closing was so easy. The car is perfect thanks to his help. He was patient and explained everything about the car. I would recommend him to any one interested in good service and a quick closing with no problems.
