I loved the service at Gloucester Toyota. Holly and Justin were great. This new guy Shane? is rude and doesn’t have an ounce of customer service skills. Who hired him and why? Guess i will have to find another place to service my cars. Sad

I just financed my second vehicle with these guys. Gene has followed up with me for 4 years so I went back to buy my next vehicle. He is a no pressure but get the job done salesman. I told him just what I needed and walked out the door with it! The Sales Mgr Neal and Finance Mgr Jeff are awesome too and got me the best financing ever!!! This is the dealership that gives great service! Make them your dealership family!!!
