Our visit would have been improved by better prices, shorter wait time for food and our bills, hot food cooked correctly and friendly efficient servers. Unfortunately, this was not our experience and we will not return.
My family & I went to the Gloucester House as a party of 19 with a reservation. They were illequiped to accommodate us. The service was beyond slow & less than impressive; the food was subpar & overpriced to be nice. When we finally received our food there were a couple meals enjoyed, but overall the fish was dry & the burgers were hockey pucks. Food was good, & plentiful. Read many negative reviews, none from me, really enjoyed this place. Will definitely stop here next time in the area. Need to have a place like this in Waco, Texas.
