I have been coming to Glossy for almost 2 years now, and I can truly say I always look forward to my Tapgel set and pedicure. There is always someone greeting you at the front desk, at times they are busy but what nail salon isn’t. I have not experienced every nail tech in the salon but for the ones I have Nila( my favorite tech!!!) Isaac, Kim, Jenny, and Bella are phenomenal at what they do. I’ve been to many nail salons in over 30 years. Glossy Nails Spa in Matthews has been, by far, the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I always get SNS nails and a pedicure. The SNS is thin and stays on for a month with no cracking or chipping. The pedicure always feels so good and no chipping as well. I have been coming to Glossy Nails for 6 months now. They are phenomenal! I highly recommend Jane for nails she does great with the hybrid gel. And Henry gives the best pedicures especially the massages.

I have been a regular at Glossy in Matthews for a while now. The owner, John, checks in, typically asking how my service was, and it always courteous with staff and clients. I've also seen the techs help each other out with client requests - designs or special requests that another person might be better or more experienced to help with -- which is pretty cool. I have tried nearly all of their immediate competition. They are the best and well worth the drive!!
