The team was flexible throughout the wedding planning process and communicated frequently from the trial to the day of. I would highly recommend their team for your wedding day! The shop is super clean and beautifully decorated. The service is wonderful and the stylists take the time to listen and understand what you are looking for but at the same time will offer recommendations. Great experience for this first timer!

I booked Gloss salon for our 10/12/2019 wedding. They did not disappoint. Everyone in our group looked amazing. I was obsessed with my hair and makeup. Emma did my makeup and Tonya did my hair. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I reached out to them somewhat last minute after a trial I had didn't go exactly as I had hoped. edit to add: they called me to correct the issue which I really appreciated. the haircut itself was good so I've changed my review brought my 3 year old son for a haircut. the website gives the price of $15 for children 0-3 years old and $20 or $23 for children 4-9 years old. when I went to pay they charged me $25. when I explained their prices were different online they refused to honor the prices given on their website. their only explanation was their prices went up. they ended up charging me $23 which is the executive st... read more
