I recently placed a takeout order by phone with Glory Days. I was placed on hold for about two to three minutes before the employee returned, which felt a little long at the time, but the rest of the experience went smoothly. When I arrived to pick up the order, the staff acknowledged me promptly. I asked for the military discount, and they contacted a manager to have it applied.
