I was born in Panama where ceviche is the national appetizer. Gloria's has the best and closest I have tasted to home in the Dallas area. My entire party of seven loved all their food and drinks as well!

Used to eat here often, it's been a while, hostess and management were terrible, to the point that I felt they were doing me a favor by letting me sit down. Waited for over 8 min for anyone to acknowledge me!!!! Waiter and food was good. So won't be back!
I'm very disappointed by the way the staff and managers treated us while we were eating there today. We were completely ignored and unattended. They walk right by us, not checking on our table. We asked for something and they never brought it. The restaurant was half empty. I've never felt like this at any restaurant.
Whenever I go to Glorias the staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. My favorite dish is the steak fajita nachos.
The Gloria's in Frisco is NOT closed down. They are replacing the sign. Almost gave me a heart attack. Best tres leches in all the land!
