I could not believe that in my dinner of flautas was a FRIED TOOTHPICK. (I almost swallowed it). After speaking with a manager he assured me that the tooth pick was clean. I was like opposed to what, a used toothpick. How disgusting. Be very careful when eating there. I'm very thankful it was not a child that swallowed it because it could have really harmed them. I took a picture of it and will be contacting the health department for others safety.

The lounge, I don’t recommended they are not designate driver friendly, we where drinking water all night and the waitress never even pass by our table to bring us water. Manager don’t care unless you drink alcohol .
Visiting from Miami, greeted at entrance rudely, suggesting that the boots I had on was sneakers, therefore the manager will have to approve. Eventually allowed to go in, looked around and many guys were actually wearing athletic footwear. I will never return to Gloria nor recommend my friends to gloria. Bad service

RecommendedMario is one of the most professional bartenders to date. This location is far beyond that of Lemmon and Uptown. Take notes other locations. Bishop Arts location is killing it. A+++
My husband and I ordered drinks, we left them on our table to go dance, came back and they were gone. When we asked why our drinks were taken away, we were told we should of had someone watch them so they wouldn’t be taken away. We told the manager what our drinks were and he was rude and accused us of not being truthful, that he didn’t believe we’d ordered drinks. We’d had dinner before the dance floor and our waiter walked on to the dance floor to hand us our tab. Overall a bad customer service experience.
