Snacks at the bar were good. Drinks were amazing as usual. Service at the bar was horrendous. After bringing drinks and snacks, were totally ignored. Finally had to get up and ask for someone to close out our check so we could move on to someplace that wants our business.
I just received a to go order from Glorias. I ordered the bistec with Chimichurri to be delivered via Favor at their recommendation. The order arrived with no chimichurri�� Like an ice cream sundae with no chocolate sauce. I called. The manager, Mario Reyes, would not offer a solution to the problem, refused to correct the issue, would not contact Favor to have it delivered (I have a broken foot and can’t drive) refused credit, and told me he had never heard of “Favor”, AND I that it was not his problem. Went for appetizers and cocktails with my friends, food was great and the drinks were amazing, the bartender did an awesome pour. Our waiter Levi was great not only was his service prompt and on point he had us laughing every time he came to our table.
