Our waitress / server Monica is the best we’ve had at ANY GLORIA’s location. We around between to this location here, Bishop Arts District & McKinney! Monica has made this our new HOME GLORIA’s. Every time my wife & I come here we will be requesting her. To the other guest TIP HER WELL. She goes over & beyond with her service & her spirit is absolutely kind & sweet! Nothing but great things to say about this place! The food is always amazing but the service is just top notch! I was visiting from out of town and went in alone to sit at the bar for dinner. The bartender Alonso was super helpful and kind, and my food was fast and delicious. The manager Alfred? (I believe, been a long day) made a point to greet me and was very nice. When I left, I asked about the safety of walking to the parking garage since I was alone, and he offered to walk with me and even carried my to go bags. Genuine... read more
