Received HORRIBLE service yesterday around 11:40am. Waited 13 mins to get two drinks because the young lady making coffee, made coffee for her friends who ordered AFTER us and was too busy talking to the lady before us. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I love this coffee shop so much I drive over an hour to go there at least once a week.
The Vanilla Carmel avalanche chiller 2 had was awesome. Really good drinks. Sadly a little pricey.
I hate that the only place in Independence I can get Gloria Jeans is at the Center, but I'm so happy you guys are there at all. I know they added Starbucks to the mall and that probably hurt you, but I want you to know you still have a loyal customer right here. :) I get the French Vanilla Cappuccino from you every time I go to the mall. It's soooooo good!!
