Oh wow I was thinking about moving here but hearing stories of mice,roaches,mildew, break ins, car towing and raccoons I will find housing somewhere else no thank you!!!!
This property is so beautiful and clean and the staff are nice and friendly and if you have a problem they address and fix the problem right away I love living in this gated community it’s very quiet it’s a diverse array of people and it’s pet friendly 🐶🐈
Typical property management company that attempts to scam departing residents out of their security deposit. I lived here for one year and when leaving, the apartment was exactly how it was when I moved in. That didn’t stop them from withholding several hundreds of dollars from my deposit, and provided no itemized breakdown of charges even after multiple requests (CA law). I would really like to get my money back for the credit check because I had my hopes of getting into the unit but there wasn’t no consideration in regards to the RTA packet because S8 has so many to go through. I mean really 7 days to get back really?!!!! Just got over on that quick. SMH!!! Well after reading a couple of reviews I’m good looks can be deceiving and all that glitters ain’t gold so the search goes on. People are so money hungry
