I want to pass along our appreciation for the great help provided by a staff member at the Gloria Gardens Building. Aug 2025, we made use of the `party room` to host various gatherings for family and friends to highlight several special occasions. We recognize that the staff does maintenance regularly inside and outside of the building. The building is actively being managed appropriately. I have been after Skyline for over a year about water issue at my balcony.4 times in the last couple months With confirmed flooding in unit in the past and I do not even get acknowledgment of the issue

They have made some great improvements, but when it comes to taking care of the residents, they are slow in reacting to the repairs that really need to be done.
