Worst service and very unprofessional. We drove over 2 hours for a scheduled viewing, only to find out when we called them, they couldn't make it due to an emergency. While emergencies happen, A simple phone call beforehand would have saved us the trip. When we pointed this out, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I want to pass along our appreciation for the great help provided by a staff member at the Gloria Gardens Building. Aug 2025, we made use of the `party room` to host various gatherings for family and friends to highlight several special occasions. We recognize that the staff does maintenance regularly inside and outside of the building. The building is actively being managed appropriately. I have been after Skyline for over a year about water issue at my balcony.4 times in the last couple months With confirmed flooding in unit in the past and I do not even get acknowledgment of the issue
