They raise their oil change prices with no notice. Service staff is never friendly and I guess they no longer do tire mount and balance unless you purchase through them. I’ve bought three cars from Fred and he is an asset to the company and a wonderful salesman but with everything service-wise changing for the worse, I don’t expect to be back.
I recommend that you talk to Sam Bays if you want a new car he will try his best to get you into the car you want

Sam Bays and Chuck Smith made buying a car for the first time in 7 years the easiest experience I've had. They both went out of their way to explain each step of the process and fulfill any questions or concerns I may have had. They worked hard providing a deal on a 2019 Fiesta that I just couldn't pass it up. I appreciated the non pushy and laid back personally of Sam and the laid back, informative and knowledge of Chuck.
