After initially purchasing a new 2016 Explorer, it was apparent that it was defective, and had an unrepairable issue. This was NOT Glockner's fault. Ford and Glockner made it right. Sam Bays was able to find an even better replacement and hold it for me while Ford processed the paperwork. Sam represents what a hard working, knowledgeable and contemporary sales associate should be.
