"We make it easy" to trick you into an insurance policy you don't want. I bought a used vehicle on May 12th and unknowingly signed up for an entire insurance policy. My salesman told me it came with the car. My mom was with me and heard him say this too. I didn't know I was being scammed into a $3,000 policy. I've called Glockner Honda Toyota 4 times now to cancel. I have been told 3 times to make sure I call back to check on the status of my pending refund. They totally made our car buying experience effortless, easy and smooth! Plus I feel they offered the best prices and was so easy to work with. Randy was my salesman and he was super nice and easy to talk with. He gave me a tutorial on ends and outs of my new Honda Odyssey.
