At this point, I would not recommend Glockner Honda Toyota. I bought a car in October, and when I went to pick up the car, the salesman noticed that there was a nick in the windshield. Neither I, nor my sister who was with me when I initially drove the car, saw the nick in the windshield! The salesman told me that it would be taken care of, and it's almost two months later and it's still not fixed. Can’t say enough about this dealership! Just purchased a new Toyota 4Runner with the help of Alicia Hickerson. She was so sweet and very attentive to what I was looking for and very knowledgeable....she helped me get exactly what I wanted. The entire staff at Glockner Honda/Toyota were amazing and made me feel right at home!
We bought a new car back in October. We asked them that day if we could set up our payments and they told us that we had to wait until we got our first bill in the mail. On 11/6 they said that they messed some paperwork up and we had to resign to add in some fees they missed. We did so that day. We just got our first bill post marked for 11/25 and a late fee bill post marked the same day. Apparently the bill was due 11/15 but the dealership didn’t send the paperwork in until 11/19.
Just purchased a car from Glockners. My experience was smooth from beginning to end! Of coarse you should ask for Andy Saltsman, because he knows how to satisfy his costumers!
