We bought a new car back in October. We asked them that day if we could set up our payments and they told us that we had to wait until we got our first bill in the mail. On 11/6 they said that they messed some paperwork up and we had to resign to add in some fees they missed. We did so that day. We just got our first bill post marked for 11/25 and a late fee bill post marked the same day. Apparently the bill was due 11/15 but the dealership didn’t send the paperwork in until 11/19.
