Horrible company. They just rebranded, they're now HUSK Wellness, probably in an attempt to shed their terrible reputation. They've not improved one bit. I'm locked into a 1 year commitment to a gym that I can no longer attend and there's zero attempt on their end to do anything for me, no desire to reach a mutual resolution. Every time I reach out I get a response that says see attached for the contract you signed (no I didn't read 5 pages of fine print, I believed their website when it said month-to-month).
Great discount on my gym, awesome communication! Appreciate the great customer service.
