A called was placed discussing my needs regarding an infant ... but after arriving, and going online in the office, I was informed that they couldn't do testing on an infant (altho the testing w/a lock of hair WAS done by another local lab). For legal reasons, I decided to get a second lab test done. It would have saved me considerable time if I had been informed correctly during our phone conversation.
