Stay AWAY from this FAKE company. They sell cheap untrusted products, low-quality used pillows that are toxic and emit unpleasant odors, lacking both identification tags and care instructions. This company has extremely RUDE customer service representatives, including Michelle Perez, whom I recorded yelling and screaming in a chaotic manner after I asked to speak to a supervisor. Great products and attentive service. We had a great experience shopping there for the entire family's new mattresses. They have a big selection for all needs and the staff is very knowledgeable. Delivery to our house was on time and professional. I strongly recommend it!
Went here to get a new mattress,sheets,pillows and bed frame. They have an amazing selection of true Italian made mattresses and sheets. They were super helpful and took their time explaining all the different types of mattresses. Amazing customer service. Everything was delivered quickly and with great care. We are super happy with our purchase. Highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for quality and great prices on mattresses and more.
Poor follow up service. I bought a mattress Italian made. Mattress is defective. GRR refused any warranty calls. I sent numerous emails and registered mails. I never received any answer. All documented with State Attorney under investigation.
