I had a great experience. The owner was attentive and informative. She gave me options to complete remote or in person. I needed in person . She didn’t hesitate and received me and my son in her home at almost 1 am. She was very kind and helpful . I would recommend to anyone
We had an emergency at 2 a.m. on a Friday and needed to have a document notarized before the next day. That's how we learned about the possibility of doing it online 24 hours a day. We were assisted by Melanie, who was truly professional and, above all, VERY patient with us. Due to a mistake we made, we had to repeat the process twice. She never lost her cool and helped us tremendously. I highly recommend her!
