Renters beware. My wife and I rented an apartment from property manager Peter Rogaris on 16 Walnut st. In Arlington, MA. Our downstairs neighbor harrassed us for months by banging on our door and floor at any time of day if we walked, watched TV, or played music at reasonable volumes.
