I’ve been to a few Dr. about my back situation. I’ve had numerous surgeries as well. I moved to Florida 1 1/2 years ago and went to a pain management office who recommended Dr. Brooks. I was hesitant in the beginning because I previously did pain management for 2 years and it didn’t help. I also had a spinal cord stimulator and had it removed because I wasn’t getting any relief. This Plantation location is the WORST. Never answer the call; they always have an excuse: the doctor is having lunch, or he's busy now. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I asked for something so simple, and they gave me the run-around and never got it done. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!
My experience with this office was not good. An unauthorized test was performed, my disputes were ignored, and I was later threatened with collections. My insurance denied the claim and confirmed I owe nothing. I disputed the charge twice with no response and ultimately had to pay to close the matter. Unprofessional billing practices — review your charges carefully.
I went last week for my first time I so happy with my doctor .Dr.Brooks. He is very understanding and he has time to explain this to you . I feel like I am in great hands. I found Dr.Brooks because of the lack of compassion from my other pain management doctor . He is amazing . Thank god for him . Millions stars Thank you doctor brooks
My experience with Dr Brooks was not so great, I suffer from chronic pain I was prescribed a medication that I am allergic to and when I inform Dr Brooks he was more concerned with why the pharmacist gave me the medicine rather than his reasons for writing the prescription in the first place when my medical records shows that I'm allergic to that medication. he eventually called in the correct medication I could take but then refused to see me again telling me that I need to find another pain management doctor.
