Everyone was amazing!! Theresa booked my appt, helped with my ins, AMAZING!!! Helen and Lordis were so helpful. Dr. Brooks was great. He really listened and offered my options to help me with my pain issues. I'm so excited I found this place!!! A million stars!!!
I have great experiences at Global Neuro & Spine Institute! The staff are always efficient, friendly, professional, and happy to help. Dr. Brooks takes his time to listen to my concerns, provided a thorough exam and explained my condition and treatment options in detail. Avoid this place at all costs. This is the most disorganized and dysfunctional doctor's office I’ve ever encountered. Initially, everything seemed great—clear communication, easy forms, and a smooth intake process. But once you’re in, the experience goes downhill fast. Getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. The main phone line routes you through a corporate call center, where you get passed around endlessly.
