Avoid this place at all costs. This is the most disorganized and dysfunctional doctor's office I’ve ever encountered. Initially, everything seemed great—clear communication, easy forms, and a smooth intake process. But once you’re in, the experience goes downhill fast. Getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible. The main phone line routes you through a corporate call center, where you get passed around endlessly. Staff is friendly and patient. I really feel cared for here.
Dr. Brooks is an amazing doctor! Helen is so sweet and amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable when doing the procedure with Dr.Brooks is also great with his light hands when it comes to the numbing part of the procedure then after that it’s a breeze. Keith is a great he always comes in the room happy full of energy !
Dr.Brooks is an amazing doctor, Helen & Keith are just so sweet and always pleasent! Helen she has grown so much since she has been here with global she truly grew on me treats me like family! This office is just perfect! Everyone should come check them out they will make you feel like your at home and fix your pain!
