My design firm was hired by Global Housing Development to produce some concept models for a product of theirs. They were fantastic to work with and paid promptly. From a vendor perspective, I highly recommend them.
This place is the perfect SeaWorld experience. I have had plumbing extravaganzas since I moved in! This week alone the entire first floor has been flooded from all of our showers and toilets! I didn't realize I would get the V.I.T. treatment living here. Don't even get me started on the kids constantly setting off the fire alarms with their "light shows". Never a boring peaceful day at this place.
