They came out the same day we made contact and Charles was extremely informative and honest. I ended up deciding to replace my AC unit and they came out the next day and got busy. In the process Charles noticed a major problem that was approaching with my furnace and explained a number of things to me about it and left the decision up to me with no added pressure. Customer Service was horrible. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed up. when I called to find out why they said the appointment was changed. I was never notified about the change, but they said that they could come out 3 hours after the scheduled time. they were still late and showed up 4.5 hours after the original schedule time!
Great service. They found and fixed an AC problem a previous provider misdiagnosed for years.
Very proffesional took time and explained. Arrived on time. All of my questions were answered.
