The technicians went above and beyond, first attempting to locate parts for a 1950s furnace and eventually replacing it. At one point, they came up against a dead end when my chimney had too much interior damage, but they quickly pivoted to find another solution so that I could have heat in my home before winter weather kicked in.

I initially had problems finding contractors to do the work I wanted. Global came right out in a timely manner and did a great job for me.
Charles was great!!!! As were the rest of the crew. Friendly, knowledgeable and did excellent on making the installation very attractive. The project exceeded my expectations.
