Charles called and they managed to move my appointment up. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The cost he quoted me was half of what I received from another company. He thoroughly explained my tank-less heater options and the pros and cons of the one I intended to buy from Lowe's. Their vehicles are nice (which is indicative of a good professional company), look professional and I will hire them again without hesitation.
Charles was professional and offered excellent advise regarding our hot water heater. He found the valve to turn the hot water tank on immediately. Hopefully, we won't need a hot water tank any time in the near future - but if we do, we will definitely contact your company.
