excellent experience – Bringing a lifetime of silver and gold to Global was worth the effort. Amit was friendly and informative. The entire transaction was open and I left with far more than I ever expected. I highly recommend Global for selling your silver or jewelry.
Pay Day for Me! – This is My 2nd Visit at global gold, and i have i say Amit and Oshri were absoultly amazing. They Make you feel right at home from greeting me at the door to makin me a happy Customer once again. I brought them old silverware my mom left in the attic for years, i Walked out with $2900 a lot more then wat i expected. Dishonest – I deal with gold and I send them 27dwt of 14k, and 12dwt of 10k, and 1dwt of 18k. That amount of gold totals at approximately 1450 going by the prices they have on their website. When they totaled it they offered me $900, I asked for my gold back and they went up to $1100, I still was unhappy and they went up to $1200. I asked why they did not pay what the websute stated they pay and they stated hidden fees and they admitted to paying me $36 a pennyweight on 14k, when the website said $42. Personal touch – I first met with Amit who was super friendly. I didn't think that I would sell to them because I was quoted 1/3 of what another company quoted but then Amit referred me to Oshri who is the gemologist. A rewarding first time experience – I had the surprise of my life! I brought my gold to the NYC location. A small drawstring bag of mixed pieces of 14k and 18k that i just never wore. I met with Oshri, a kind , professional man, who will tell you like it is. Although he saw my lack of experience in selling jewelry, I felt he did not take advantage.
