I went to Global to sell some old jewelry that had been gathering dust. Although the store was undergoing renovations when I first contacted them, they seemed eager to fit me in at my convenience. Went here to sell some gold last week and this is the most professional cash for gold place I've ever been to. Very professional and great attitude. I sold a few pieces of old jewelry that I dont need and got some much needed money.

I heard about this place from a yahoo article. You should never sell your jewelry at the first place you go. I knew this and Global was one of the three. I went to one other place that maybe me what i thought was a decent offer. I checked out Global after. Global offered me about 35 percent less than the other place. I felt like I was getting low balled and I will never give them my business again.

The service from this company is excellent. I needed to sell some gold and had never done so before. I was nervous about how everything would go down because I was a novice. They were calm, well mannered and VERY fast about it (maybe 15 mins. tops the entire transaction took). I didn't feel intimidated and they didn't waste my time. Would definitely recommend.

Went to Global Gold and Silver twice in the last two weeks with three different clients' gold and silver jewelry. The customer service was first rate; the atmosphere pleasant. Was amazed at the prices old silver and gold items realized. Shai was professional and happy to explain how he was evaluating each piece. On the invoice he wrote up, he broke down the groups between Silver, 14K Gold, 18K gold, 22K gold. I felt complete confidence and was given cash on the spot. Professional – My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Amit. It took me a year to write this review finally after finding their business card after a move to NJ from NYC. We stopped in on a Sunday morning and Amit was so gracious, professional and provided top dollar for our scrap. Not really having to do this before, we went to about two places that offered 100.00 below Global Gold payout, and we were extremely pleased. Overall, a great first time experience.
