Spent over $1,500 on two floor ice makers here, and neither works — both are less than three months old, with one still brand new in the box. Extremely disappointing. The seller, Flo, has offered no support or solutions. Now we’re forced to replace both, and finding repairs has been impossible. I would strongly caution anyone against buying used equipment from this business.
