Very disappointed that they wouldn't measure my fiancé for a dress she ordered online even after she offered to pay them. Not good for business when you could of helped someone and made money for what probably would of taken 3 minutes!
Business response:
Henry, there are a few reasons why we don't do this, and I haven't heard of a business that actually does for ordering online. All dress company's measurements run different even if we gave her measurements it could be completely different to what she orders online. We don't want to be responsible for the dress if it comes in the wrong size. We know how all the dress styles run for the companies that we work with. Hope you understand!
Getting married in August and the girls have been amazing!! So helpful and considerate while we tried on dresses, no rushing, offered suggestions and never tried to sell us on anything-no pressure. They always know who I am when I call or stop in, very personable. I would recommend them to anyone! They have definitely helped take some of the stress out of wedding planning!
