We bought all our dresses and tuxes here. The ladies in the shop were kind. We did not receive her final fitting until 12 days before the wedding and were told our dresses were put on the back burner because they were easy alterations. Seamstress made inappropriate comments and tried to play them off as jokes. She body shamed my daughter telling her that she was "misshapen". Whispered rude comments about other members of the bridal party. I would consider buying here again but never would use the alteration services.

This place was a joke, rude, high prices and lied to when be bride asked way no vest came with tuxes she was told it that would have cost more, when I asked why she said bride did not want... oh and place it dirty they need a vacuum and nicer employees.. I have 3 more boys to marry and dances I will not be renting from them again ever !!

I'm so beyond highly satisfied with this establishment! I drove up to Alpena from Cadillac! Defiantly worth the drive! I left beyond happy with the dress of my dreams and The lady I was working with was amazing and so helpful! Will be back for the bridesmaids and flower girl dresses!!! If you're shopping for a wedding defiantly come here! Thank you ladies for everything!!!

They are phenomanol! Both my daughters got their dresses here and they do a wonderful job! Customer service is excellent! I would highly recommend them!

The staff at Glitz and Glamour is courteous and caring. They have taken care of our prom needs multiple times! Their prices are fair and we love the location. The service is excellent and we greatly appreciate having everything we need right close by.

They were incredible! I came in as a walk in and it was pretty busy. However, they still took the time to help me find what I needed! I'm thankful that they are going to rent me what I needed! I don't know what I would've done without this shop! Fantastic service!

A huge thank you to the staff, Cathy, Sarah and Leanne. Our search for my "mother of the groom" dress was fun and enjoyable. A huge selection of beautiful dresses ..... and I tried on each one! !!!!!!! Their expertise as to fit and body style were spot on. I walked out with the perfect dress.
