I liked this place. We were here on Vacation visiting my Inlaws. Took my Mother-in-law out for a girls day, pedicure. The place was clean, pretty colors and nice crystal chandeliers. The staff was very nice and spoke English very well! We did the stone pedicure which was very enjoyable. Only reason I did not give this place a 5 star was because the woman that did mother-in-law's pedicure, ended up cutting her big toes, causing them to bleed and very painful for her! 2 weeks later and her toes still hurt and are infected.
Loved my first experience. And I will go back for a second.❤✌
Been getting my nails done by Sam for over 3 years. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Clean environment with friendly people.
Went in yesterday for simple acrylics with a matte finish. My cuticles are completely torn up and I'm in a lot of pain. the polish is streaky, uneven, and there are bubbles and hair stuck under the polish. They also look super grown out even though they're brand new. I've only had my nails done one other time in my life and I'm NOT picky, but this is ridiculous.
They don't seem to care what the customer wants! I specifically requested my nails not be wrapped in foil to remove the polish and acrylic tips. As my finger tips are already peeling skin and tender. After exchanging conversation with one of the (owners?). still wrapped my nails and put a cheap clear plastic glove over I saying "it's a NEW moisturize method".
