Very good doctor and support staff. Made me feel very comfortable despite being nervous about my procedure. Thank you all.
Oral surgery was performed adequately. The billing staff and insurance administrators are the real problem here. First, they make you pay right there before they let you back to see the recovering patient - even when there are legitimate questions on amounts owed. Second, they made us pay out of pocket higher than the negotiated rate with insurance for x-rays - big pain to get that fixed.
